FALSE ADVERTISING

Places need to use a word that isn’t “Hiring,” when they have an intern position to fill, because they’re not hiring anyone.

When I say that I am for hire, that doesn’t mean that I’ll come by and write you some shit out of the good of my heart. A contractor isn’t looking for college credit. We want some motherfucking money, and maybe *shriek!* some benefits like health insurance.

If your company is looking for an intern, use different verbiage. You’re not hiring anybody. You’re accepting a volunteer in exchange for college credit/work experience.
