If what spurred you to ask me, a Black lady, if I am racist, was my post entitled, “There are no posts about why white women are stuck up bitches,” I suggest you read the entire post.

All white women are just as much stuck up bitches on the whole as Black women are ugly, un-datable, loud, insatiable whores or any other stereotype on the whole.

If you think me taking one swift jab at white ladies in a satarical post headline that has little to do with the intent of the post is racist, I think you ought to re-examine what you consider to constitute racism. Racism is plainly, and absolutely different for white people than it is for people of color.

I’m always concerned when I meet a person of color who isn’t at least slightly suspicious of white people. Why shouldn’t we be? The culture of America is built upon free/low cost labor (still happening right now). This country has systematically created laws and systems which ensure the removal of rights of the “other” (still happening right now). Various forms of culturally institutionalized disrespect flow through the veins of our society (still happening right now).

And worst of all, we feed into a sociopathic system of incredible wealth which ensures all of these cultural puzzle pieces continue to oppress generations of people. These same people who have been oppressed since the instant some asshole showed up to claim some space he had no rights to with muskets in one hand and a cross in another… and did not even care to share what he took equally.

Meanwhile? If you’re intent upon seeking out racism, I bet you’ll find it in your mirror.
